The Alton Centennial Rotary welcomes Barbershop Singers to they meeting on August 7, 2008, to make final plans for their upcoming event.

discuss final plans for their upcoming annual event being held in
Alton
on Friday & Saturday, August 15th
& 16th. This is the
fourth consecutive year that the Alton Rotarians will be hosting the
Barbershoppers for their annual pilgrimage to the area. This year marks the 54th year that
they have been coming to
Alton
to sing. There will be a Friday
night and Saturday night show at the
Prospect
Mountain
High School
auditorium on August 15th &
16th. The Friday night show
will start at
8:00 pm
after the Harmony On The Lake Golf Tournament at Kingswood Golf Course in Wolfeboro,
and the Saturday night show will be starting at
7:00 pm
, following a pot roast dinner in the school
cafeteria which starts at
4:30 pm
.
Tickets for all events can be purchased at Profile Bank or can be bought
at the door.
