Alton Centennial Rotary Club - Alton, Barnstead, & New Durham had their Fall BBQ Saturday night, and it was a beautiful evening for it.  There was the optimal mix of Rotarians, guest Rotarians, community members, and friends and family.  Miller Farm was the perfect setting to spread out enjoy an ample offering of BBQ and sides that pleased everyone, including the vegetarians in the group.  After dessert was served there was a surprise fire dance performance from Brittany Dube that had the crowd huddled and watching intently as she gracefully spun fire to the beat of a hand drum.  Just in time for the dropping temperatures the bonfire got roaring, fuelled from scraps and materials from Alton Centennial Rotary Club's "Paint a Butterfly" event held last August to support Central NH Hospice VNA.  It was a beautiful evening filled with great food, an amazing atmosphere, good conversation, a mischievous two year old's antics, surprise entertainment, and an enchanting fire that warmed the soul.
